I'm 6'1, 165lbs & 29 yrs.

I've figured 2817 is maintaining
3217 would be bulking

breakdown would be
321 protien
321 carbs
71.4 fat

Is this a good basis to start from to start bulking? I used the BMI calculator to achieve these numbers.

yea sounds about right.long as your workout plan is right,heavy weights,mix some creatine and vitamins in there you should see nice greats
