Critique my bulking diet

I'm male/22/5'8"/160lb. I just got done cutting off 50lbs since the Jan 1st 08'. I'm ready to start bulking. Please give me all the advise you can on this diet.

pre-breakfast 6:30am
1 scoop whey protein
8oz whole milk

Breakfast 7:15am
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
8oz whole milk

mid-morning meal 10:00am
2tbs natty peanut butter
8oz whole milk

Lunch 1:00pm
1 can tuna
1 cup oatmeal
8oz whole milk

Prewo meal 4:30pm
1 scoop whey
8oz whole milk
1 apple

Postwo 6pm
2 scoop whey
50g waxy maize starch


Dinner 7:30pm
1 Chicken breast
vegtables
2 tbs natty pb


Bedtime 10:30
1 cup cottage cheese

I disagree, I think it is a perfect amount of whey. Post-WO you might have 1 scoop casein and 1 whey instead of 2 whey.

By my quick calculation you are under 3000 cals. That might not be enough, not sure what your maintenance is, but I think you could stand to add a little more food.

I'd add some nuts or PB in the afternoon or night, for more healthy fats and more cals. Maybe work some olive oil (or any good oil) in there somewhere. Also you could add whole milk to your post-wo shake or have a glass with dinner.

Quick approximation, not exact by any means: 2700, 70g fat,220g carbs, 250g protein

He def. needs some more fats in there
