i cant recommend a particular diet, just use common sense.
Chicken/Turkey
Wholemeal Pasta
Wholemeal bread
Eggs
Natty Peanut Butter
Tuna
Supplement with home made shakes, oats/protien etc. This liquid supplementation is important in a clean bulk as otherwise u may have trouble hitting the required amount of calories.
Also i'd say allow youself a cheat. Personally i have a packet of crisps (chips to u, i guess) and a can of coke a day otherwise i think i'd go insane.
