Best Legal AI??

I have a buddy that wants to stay all natural, but he may be willing to take an AI that he can buy at a supplement store. Which one should he get? This will be used for a contest prep. Just something to lower estrogen levels so he will come in harder next time.... He didn't quite get there this time, but he wasn't taking any drugs at all.

Thanks for the input, guys. I'm not really up on my knowledge on this stuff. I used AAS a few years ago, and was the guy to ask about stuff back then. Then I ran into some legal issues... :frustrate

Good ol ATD is still my favorite.

Yeah, I used Gaspari's Novedex XT for this exact purpose during my contest prep and it worked well, but I haven't tried Formestane yet to compare.
