I'm just curious what most of you do when you are cutting up for a contest... what I'm interested in is how much of a calorie cut do you hit, to get you to stage ready.
(Example: normal intake 3,000 calories... cutting for a show: 2,000)
I'm prepping for an upcoming show (1st show), and I'm not exactly sure how much I should cut my calories for those last 6 weeks.
