Hey guys check out my diet i will slowly begin tapering down the carbs week by week hoping to eventually get to keto the last 3 weeks i think. Im 6'4 245 lbs at 8% bf i believe.
9 weeks out
Meal 1- 1 1/4 cup oats, 1 scoop of whey in 1 cup skim milk.
Meal 2 - 6 egg white omelet 1/4 cup of tomato 1/4 cup onion 1 cup oats
Meal 3 - 1/4 cup brown rice 5 oz chicken 1 tsp canola
Meal 4 - same as 3
Meal 5 -Pre Apple, 1 scoop of whey in water
Meal 6 - Post- 1 scoop of whey, 1 banana
Meal 7 - 1/4 cup brown rice 6-7 oz chicken or tilapia
Meal 8 - 6 egg white omelet 1/2 cup salsa, 1 scoop whey in water
300 g carb, 260-270 g protein, 40 g fat
Im worried being so tall that i will lose my size, already being pretty lean I figure i need to keep my carbs high. Used to be 6'2 wrestle 140lbs 5 years ago. So I worked my ass off to get to this weight staying lean with a very fast metabolism.
I have been refeeding on leg days
