Hi my name's Jason I'm 17 weigh in at 174 with a 15% bodyfat percentage and have been working out for a little over 2 months now. While I have seen alot of results(went from 160 to 174) I need help because I've been going at this bulking with very little knowledge on how to get big. I'm going to be bulk training for the next 3 months and my question concerns my routines. I've been doing all over body workouts since I started and doing 3 sets of 10 on each muscle group I want to get big mainly on my tris, bis, pecs, lats, and traps 2-3 different excercises each this usually takes about 45 min. and I go 3 times a week. I'm hoping to get huge muscles not necessarily strong ones I was wondering if I was going at this the right way and hoping for input on something someone told me about going to the gym everday but each day training seperate muscles I was wondering if this builds mainly strength or size. Any advise and information is welcomed
