| Registered User  | ripped out of commission Well I will be out of the gym for awhile as of right now. What I thought was a pulled hammy turned out to be a Cyst on my spine and a blown L3-L4 disc. I will be out for awhile but be checking on all you guys needing advice. I still may try to recover and do another show but it won't be until 2008. Take care and everyone keep up the hard work |

| TCP™ Puttin' the P back in Pimp Board Moderator  | Man, hate to hear that kind of damage but i'm sure you'll recover soon enough and be kicking ass again. I had the same problems but mine were lipomas and bulging l3 l4 l5 with degenerative disc disease. Take it easy and enjoy some time off  A wise man said: Once you come ashore you will have a renewed appreciation for the simple things and find a joy that may have been missed, overlooked or otherwise unappreciated before. | Registered User | Waiting for a date to talk to a surgeon, This will be the second surgury on my back. I will never quit but will rethink my size. May have to stay leaner than larger. |

| Registered User | Pete I'll hold you to that. Damn down to like 195 already. This sucks. But my back actually feels great this week. Went back to the gym and started lightly. I am getting some sort of shot into the cyst and from there we will see what happens. I am not quitting yet. |
