I met Layne at the Arnold Classic where he was working the Primaforce booth. Great guy. He was also training me for the June show that I was going to be doing, especially with my diet, until I had to have surgery.

What he was telling me was working. I was losing the fat and maintaining the muscle. Good news for him.
