ok im 11 weeks out, the posing is just for quick shots of the wheels as I promised. What do ya think

I will take some real posing shots by week 8 and repost

Quads look good... How about the hamstrings? If you are 11 weeks out you may not see much from the back, but you can get a photo of you hitting a side tri or side chest to show them...

Nice quads but I'd say hit the hack squats a little more to emphasize the sweep. Show us a side chest or side tri shot and a rear shot to get a feel for your hams.
