Need a good Posing Video

Ok here it is, it has been 6 years since I have stepped on stage. I can honestly say that I am not comfortable with my posing right now. I used to have it down to a T. Does anyone know if a good posing video. I would like to get it asap.

Other than that things going smooth, 12 1/2 weeks out and full and lean
