Ok guys. I'm thinking about doing a competition. It is 11 weeks away. I feel like I have enough time to prepare as I'm pretty lean right now already. I'm 5'10" weighing in at about 185 in the morning on an empty stomach.
Training is:
Day1: chest/tri/delt
Day2: back/bi/traps/cardio
Day3: quads/hams/calves
Day4: rest/cardio
Day5: chest/tri/delt
Day6: back/bi/traps/cardio
Day7: quads/hams/calves
I've come up with this diet:
Meal 1: 1 scoop protein
½ cup oats
271 cals. 5 fat. 30 carb. 30 pro.
Meal 2: 5oz chicken
1 cup brown rice
445 cals. 7 fat. 45 carb. 48 pro
Meal 3: 5oz chicken
1 cup brown rice
445 cals. 7 fat. 45 carb. 48 pro
Meal 4: (pre) 1 scoop protein
½ cup oats
271 cals. 5 fat. 30 carb. 30 pro
Meal 5: (post) 1.5 scoop protein
¾ cup oats.
406 cals. 7 fat. 46 carb. 46 pro
Meal 6: 1 cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
290 cals. 5 fat. 14 carb. 49 pro
Totals: 2128 cals, 242p, 208c, 35f
I'll also do a refeed one day a week. Probably on my leg or chest day.
I'm not only going to be eating chicken, I'll use turkey/tuna/lean steak as well. Carbs I'll be using oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, and supercarb.
I don't have any efa's because I'm planning on using X-Factor up until 5 weeks out (start tomorrow). At that point I will add them in. I'm currently using kre-alkalyn, fuze, GXR, LX. I also have stim-x, amp, and heat. I'm also planning on getting some x-tend and bulk BCAA's.
At eight weeks out im thinking this:
2 weeks SD at 20mg followed by
6 weeks Prostan starting at 100 going up to 175. I also have m4ohn that I might add at 4 weeks out, or maybe halodrol-50 for the final 4 weeks. I also have MDHT and M5AA that I could put in to harden up. I also have Clen that I will do 2-week cycles of until the show with benedryl in between. For PCT I'll use Toremefine (hopefully), retain, fenotest, maca.
Any idea's or suggestions? I would be very grateful!
