Madds87 is at it again! I took a nice little break from my last and first show back in October and I feel as though I have taken enough time to "Bulk-up". I have been training hard and heavy, and I think im ready!
MY competition is a while from now. 25 weeks away to be exact. This will allow me plenty of time to get as much muscle as I can and to mature that muscle before I start to really cut up for my comp. Of coarse I can still slowly lean out since I have plenty of time.
MY Stats:

Fat % I would say im up there. I wont be tracking my fat, I will be judging through pictures.
MEASUREMENTS (Not Flexed)
Arms:15.5"
Quads:25"
Calves:15.5"
Forearms:13.5
Chest:42.5"
Midsection (across belly button):38" (YIKES!)
DIET:
(this will change of coarse)
Meat: Ground Turkey, Chicken, Fish (Swai, Tilapia, Salmon), Beef (Slow roasts only)
Veggies: All!
Fruits: All
Carbs: Pasta, Rice (Brown, White, Jasmine, All grains), Potatoes (all), Occasional biscuits and bread.
My goal right now is 4500 cals but will also try to get 5000. I will cheat sometimes since life is hard sometimes and a perfect diet 100% of the time is almost impossible. These cals will also decrease once I get closer and closer. My diet is getting cleaner and cleaner daily.
