Worked out some chest.
Bench press 225lbs 8 reps, 5 sets
Reverse bench press 135 10 x 4 sets
Just a little workout in short time.

Smith squats 135 10, 225 10, 315 4
Machine squats 225 10, 225 10, 315 8, 365 3
Leg ext 195 10×3
Shrugs 225 10×3
Isolated barbell curls 85 10×3
Standing db curls 25 10, 30 10, 35 10, 20 20
Good workout. Extra aggression. Weighed in at 187. Weight keeps fluctuating. Plans on bulking have changed. I havent quite figure what im doing yet. But im slowly starting to loose weight. I have to go to school in june and might be hard on diet and training. So I figure I need to get ready early before then.

Wow..... Ok peeps.... I know i fell off the face of the earth. What happened was, Panic attacks and depression. I had so much on my plate between my job family and training, i fell apart. I am finally back and thinning out on 13 weeks out. Im holding alot of my muscle and still look good, since i was still training off and on when i could.... Im back though people....

Workouts have been intense! One of my bodybuilding buddies has become a roommate of mine. His name is richard. Richard and I have been hitting the gym hard. Hes mostly just kicking my butt. Im not used to these kinda workouts. Heres an example of the 1000 rep workout that I did today actually. Your a freekin man if you dont puke after this.
Leg extensions: 50reps, 40reps, 30reps, 20reps, 10reps, last set you pyramid with the weight and reps. Start at 10 reps strip weight now 20 reps, strip weight now 30 reps, strip weight now 40 reps.
Stripping is all one set.
Ok so that workout concept is used for every single lift. Like today I did.
Leg extensions, leg curls, leg press, and squats last. Squats for the 50 and 40 rep my legs were burning.... I couldnt feel them.... I actually dont remember the half of my workout....
My workouts have been similar to this. But not as extreme, just volume training. Really have been noticing a size difference. I am weighing at 182. So leaning down.
Plans have changed once again lol....
I have been trying to lean down to a nice weight. Once I do that im going to keep it at a low weight so prep will be easier. The comp will prob have to be bumped to a later date. But we will see after this work training I have to do for a month. I have no idea what the school will provide. Gym? Food? How many meals? Etc. So ill find out and will keep yall updated.
Work has been so insane and stressfull that it has been affecting my bodybuilding. But it should slow down pretty soon... after june... it has been so crazy...
But the plan is still august 17th. We will see though.

Ok supplement update. Added some focus formula for my A.D.D. to help me studying and maybe even for working out. Also for my stress levels im taking some panax genseng 500mg x 2. Only been two days of taking and I have already been noticing the difference. Worked out some chest a little. Im working this week so I was short for time once again. Burned them out with some push ups wide press. Im really starting to see my veins in my shoulders which is a good sign. Its letting me know that my bf% is going down.

Omg.... im glad that school is over with....
That was rediculously hard. But everyone can call me captain now....
I didnt get to workout at all. I was staying up late every single night studying and studying for 19 days....
But I got me some. lol
Now I can start back up.... im so excited and ready!
Things have finally calmed down....
Me and my old lady broke up too so even more time....
Im at 190 now.

Good to hear you're back. Think about all the time you can spend eating or lifting or pinning now that you don't have to spend that time with a broad.

Right!? I agree fellas.... bodybuilding is such a single mans sport lol.
Me and my budies have decided to get after a competition all together next year. This year has been way to screwed up. We have this growing competition in savannah ga. Its called the southern isles. It will be some hard competition but in a year I think I could do. I have the right team and focus for it.
Preciate yall still being subbed lol.... the beginning of this log got all messed up....

Thank you luke. It was a rough 19 days during those exams. But it was worth it. Now I can get a nice raise .
