  3. Was able to get some partial deads in.
    Hams&Glutes
    135 lb 10reps of 20 sets.....

    Burned them out, started cramping after tenth set lol. I worked out at my works gym. Which i am limited to weights and workouts. So i normally just do alot of one workout.

  6. Ok Sorry it took me so long to get on here. It was crazy for a while with family, easter, and work. Been working out hard and really starting to Bulk Up work! Ill get some pics soon. My photographer (a.k.a. Girlfriend) has been really busy with school and work, and havent been able to do any videos or pictures.     Bulk Up:
    *Still looking really bulked up! go figure hence the name lol
    *Cramps are bad, easy to manage but your blood is def pumping!
    *Starting to see some strength gains starting the third week. I figured it would kick in about now.
    *Hunger isnt really increased. No effect on hunger. Noticing that im thining out for some strange reason. My cals are at 4000, on cheat days 4500-5000 easily.
    * 190lbs is my weight right now. Guess im loosing fat since im looking thiner in the mirror.
    *19 weeks out
    *Joints feel great!
    *Body still is lethargic. Not as bad as before since i moved dosages to night time. Have to have my black coffee in the morning.
    *Def filling out. Veins are looking vascular.

    Sry about the updates fellas. Things are slowing down. 3-4 workout days, are now going to be bumped up to 5-6 times a week. Time to start focusing on calves forearms and abs. Those i never really have to focus on much. Thank God for my abs cause i hate working them lol.

    I would really like to get to 200. We will see i have a small window and have 9 weeks left to gain that muscle. Might not be a possibility, but anything is possible .

    Good workout. Great pump. Notice my strength is increasing was able to do 80 lbs for 10 reps. That was heavy lol.

    Also weight is at 188.... dont know whats happening with my weight.... it keeps jumping up and down.

    I have a theory of hitting all muscle fibers and getting as much blood into the muscle before lifting heavy weight. I firmly believe in shocking the muscle. My rep scheme will vary from 3 reps to 20 reps. The 100 reppers low weight is for just warming up the joints and muscle.
    I dont believe in placing a bunch of heavy weight on the muscles. If you do plan on lifting heavy. Burn out your muscles as much as possible with medium reps first. Then throw the heavy weight on. You will notice that your muscles cant lift as much and the lift will be harder which is a whole different game changer. Plus I do not believe in maxing. Maybe out of curiosity.

    I dont really plan my workouts. I go with the flow. Once I start to get closer and closer to the comp. Thats when you have to be strict for sculpting.

    Shoulders exploded! Lol.... relly felt full and pumped. Went to go eat a chicken sandwich with cole slaw with some family straight from the gym and they were all like "holy smokes! You been working out much?" Always good to hear.
    When I went out to go shoot some pool with some friends, I was getting all sorts of looks more so then usual. One chick actually came up to me out of the blue and squeezed my arms saying "I like a man that can take charge". I looked at her and said "so does my girlfriend" lol.

    My legs were cramping bad. I stretched them out but they are so tight right now.

    Weight is at 195! My body blew up this week! Well see what the rest has to offer. Sex drive is still golden.
    Only bad side im noticing is that im more exhausted easily. Might be cause of the more weight im carrying. I dunno well see. Im looking huge though!

  20. Busy week once again at work. Next month ill be rolling out for school to get another liscense for work. Working to get my captains liscense. Eventually.

    Once im in alabama though ill have to figure out what my training schedule will be like. I know ill be busy with the books. But will atleast get some training in. These tests will be really hard. So I will have to be diligent.

    Hopefully tonight gonna try to get some back in mostly focus on my lower back training.

    Bulk up is given me a def noticable physique. Im loving this stuff honestly.

    Good workout. Extra aggression. Weighed in at 187. Weight keeps fluctuating. Plans on bulking have changed. I havent quite figure what im doing yet. But im slowly starting to loose weight. I have to go to school in june and might be hard on diet and training. So I figure I need to get ready early before then.

  23. Wow..... Ok peeps.... I know i fell off the face of the earth. What happened was, Panic attacks and depression. I had so much on my plate between my job family and training, i fell apart. I am finally back and thinning out on 13 weeks out. Im holding alot of my muscle and still look good, since i was still training off and on when i could.... Im back though people....

  30. Workouts have been intense! One of my bodybuilding buddies has become a roommate of mine. His name is richard. Richard and I have been hitting the gym hard. Hes mostly just kicking my butt. Im not used to these kinda workouts. Heres an example of the 1000 rep workout that I did today actually. Your a freekin man if you dont puke after this.

    Leg extensions: 50reps, 40reps, 30reps, 20reps, 10reps, last set you pyramid with the weight and reps. Start at 10 reps strip weight now 20 reps, strip weight now 30 reps, strip weight now 40 reps.
    Stripping is all one set.

    Ok so that workout concept is used for every single lift. Like today I did.
    Leg extensions, leg curls, leg press, and squats last. Squats for the 50 and 40 rep my legs were burning.... I couldnt feel them.... I actually dont remember the half of my workout....

    My workouts have been similar to this. But not as extreme, just volume training. Really have been noticing a size difference. I am weighing at 182. So leaning down.

    Plans have changed once again lol....

    I have been trying to lean down to a nice weight. Once I do that im going to keep it at a low weight so prep will be easier. The comp will prob have to be bumped to a later date. But we will see after this work training I have to do for a month. I have no idea what the school will provide. Gym? Food? How many meals? Etc. So ill find out and will keep yall updated.

    Work has been so insane and stressfull that it has been affecting my bodybuilding. But it should slow down pretty soon... after june... it has been so crazy...

    But the plan is still august 17th. We will see though.
