    Doing the Fitness expo INBA Filex nsw australia show in the mens open class. Bringing my best phsique ever. Did not think it was possible at 36 years old to be in better shape than when i was 21

    will be doing the Wisconsin State Championship as well as the Midwest Regional one, cant remember the name

    took 2nd last year in Wisco and this year im coming for the win

    Qualified for Nationals too, doing Junior Nationals most likely to get my feet wet

    Best of luck Dave. A guy from my gym in NJ is prepping for Junior Nationals as a heavyweight.

    I competed last weekend in the Men's Physique Division at the NPC Steve Stone New York Metropolitan Championships. Here are 2 pics of me from the show.

    Thanks but since my indv routine was horrible 1st show ever I ended up T16 with 7 others. Very tough show and class. I competed again last night at the John Kemper Classic men's physique division and got anywhere from 6th-8th place. Placement and pictures to be post later ib the week.

    Well I wasn't able to do the Jay Cutler since I've moved to Japan so I'll be competing here in August (Torii show). I'll be doing bodybuilding. Probably middle weight but we will see how it works out as I get closer to the show.

    Excellent job! Third show already this year!?!?! WOW! Kudos! Doing well too I see! Man, I feel like a slacker! Still in my "off-season" workout outs and all. I'm gearing up to be a BRIDE in less than two months, then after that I will be kicking it up a couple notches for competition prep! Wanting this year to be my year!

    Hey thanks bud! I'm actually fused from L4-S1 and feel my back is one of my weaker points so I'm trying to improve it further. Also to give my waist a narrower look. I hit a lot of seated and standing dumbbell revers flyes, and I really try to get a good stretch and open up my back on lawn mowers and seated rows. It really only looks that good because I was so damn lean there. Too lean actually. In the bigger pictures you can actually see my vertebrae lol. I have posing practice every sunday and that alone is stimulating more fiber recruitment and growth.Good luck in your competing. You look like you'll do well. I'm really looking forward to my contest in August and may come back to the states to see my trainer, Zoa Linsey, compete in the Europa shortly after.

    It could also be from all the ruck marches I did for the 8 years I was in. I'd say throwing on a 60+ pound ruck and going for a 12 mile walk/jog about every other week may stimulate a little development lol.
