  1. Were you jump roping or jogging a lot? There's two things that can happen that aren't sprains - hyper extentension of the tendons in your foot and cracks in the long little bones(medicarprils?). Either way you're going to want to take it easy on your foot so switch to a low impact cardio like a bike...

  3. ok fellas.... I screwed up.... I think from work and working out... I'strained my back now... my lower back is killing me!!! im not quiting though... this might set me back dangit.... what do I do... I need to go get some fishoil and go for 10 g daily.... might help.... advice please.... what do I do to get through this and make it to my competition....

  4. I've been pting my back with light high rep squats, lunges, and one legged deadlifts.

  5. yeah... I tried to do leg extensions and leg curls at least... but even that hurt it... im even having a hard time getting inand out of my truck... jeeesh.... this isnt good... ill see how tomorrow is... maybe all my back needs is rest...
    I was doing high reps 135 rack deads.... lol not heavy at all....

  6. Maybe get some muscle relaxers, hopefully you just pulled a muscle...

  9. ok fellas... I have been icing and heating my back.... it seems to be getting better every day.... I think I overtrained.... and with the depletion of calories didnt help either.... well now I know.... and I hope this will heal up end of this week... im trying to keep the calories low and taking my epi and fishoil... trying to stay anabolic so I wont loose muscle....
    when I finish this week it will be six weeks out........ dang.... lol thats close for my back to be acting up...
    ill prob try some swimming at night when I get home from work... yeah im still working mainly because I am training somone, and I just make him do all of the heavy lifting...
    ill get to go home from work for three days tomorrow... im just going to take it easy on my back... eat my protein and fat....

  10. going to get a deep tissue massage tomorrow. hopefully that will help on the aching.... ill keep yall posted... but no training for right now....

    after the deep tissue massage, she told me most of the tension was in my glutes which was pulling my hip down and causeing my back to hurt... makes sense... not sure if its true or not, but she probably is... so I have been stretching my glutes more and laying on a tennis ball trying to get more knots out...
    thinking about workingout today.... all of my workouts are going to be laying down or sitting down keep that resistance off of my back.... or glutes lol....
    legs will be hard right now... guess its a ton on leg extensions and leg curls leg spreads and such machines.....
    seven weeks out fellas.... this is about the worst time for this to be happening lol.... jeesh.... oh well cranking my diet to overdrive cardio on a bike right now if I can....

  15. ok went and worked out today...wasnt bad... feeling around right now, and figuring out what I can do... so far, im doing high reps on machines and cables.... not much free weight... but did chest today and did an hour of stationary bike... I love biking now, cause I can read a book.. lol time flys when im reading lol....

    Yah I did the higher reps near the end, used some machines as well...

  18. ok fellas did back and bis yesterday... got a new supplement , yoked. its not that bad. I will be sore from the smallest of workouts from the pumps.
    im trying to stick to as much machines as possible.

    seven weeks out and im 0 carbing it... I gained some weight kinda when I hurt my back. so im cranking an hr cardio out and high reps. with no carbs... gotta catch up and im nervous and feel im not ready since my back hurt.

  19. back is feeling fantastic... just not doing alot of compound movements right now... might bring in squats and leg press... but for now... good thing im on epi, and 10 gs of fishoil... keep me from going catabolic. sure the licogenix is hgelping too. planning on working out tonight ill let yall know how that goes sry for the delay fellas...glad the injury wasnt as bad as I thought....

    ohhh also the good news, been working extra for some extra cash, and well I bought meself a gifto.... ghrp2 and cjc no dac... found buy one get one free promotion.... so I splurged 20 g ghrp 40g cjc....

    keep my hgh up there during all of this... help with my cutting... first time I have ever ran ghrp 2 but I know it will rock...

    Be careful with the high reps. For myself, I need to keep same intensity, volume, weight for a cut or I lose LBM

    I did opposite, went heavy. Mostly 8-10, some 15 , untill my last exercise sets, then I'd hit a 20 or 25.

    Do you usually gain well on heavy weight moderate reps?

    I do. I notice if I get a great pump, I will get nice gains from that...

  25. Good deal homie, I see a lot of guys shrink when they move to higher reps for cutting. Don't want to see that happen to you!!!!

  32. Now that you're back on track what's your stats? How you looking? Peptides and epistane? Should be a good ride.

    3 sets of 15 rope cable crunches
    30 minutes cardio

    the epi has been awesome. I have been able to lean out a little bit. I'll take pictures when I get home. I'm working my week on of work.
    I'll also be doing another log of derma therm.
    it will be helping on losing weight on hard to loose places.
    I'll be using this for my chest my quads and also my glutes
    I'm really having a hard time losing the fat off my chest.that is around the nipples.
    the peptides I'm hoping will help me lose more weight and cut up while holding onto muscle
    peptides and anabolics tend to go hand in hand so I'm thinking that will make pretty decent gaines off of itwhile holding lean muscle.
    also bought atomic meltdown from nutraplanet and the stuff really really burns. I use it while I'm tanning on a tanning bed.
    the epi I'm on 30 milligrams a day I'm not pulsing anymore.
    I'm up to 8 grams on fish oil
    I'm also taking all your basic post cycle supplements
    lycogenic I'm not really sure about what it's doing it might be keeping my inflammation down, but I'm taking so much stuff that I really can't even figure out if it's
    helping or not I'm not sure but it's the anti inflammatory in the supplement that's helping my joints feel better but my joints are feeling fantastic.
    also taking glucosamine
    zMA is also giving me great libido every morning I wake up
    also taking 2 grams a day of tyrosine

    this past week I have been eating 0 carbs
    my protein is still at 200 of my fat probably about 100 I think I'm gonna cut that down.
    I'm really wanting to see that cut cut to see my veins in
    I want to be shreaded. I'm kinda worried about it at 6 weeks out.
    cardio im doing 30 minutes for 4 * a week.

    still drinking a gallon of water a day sometimes more but not all the time.
    I'm still on the fat burner still have a ton of it left I don't know if it's working.
    I am way to use to stimulants right now though. after I'm done with this contest im going to do a detox.

    but just wanted to give you all some of what's been going on I know I haven't been real informative on the posting.

    Yah lowest I ever went in daily intake was 2000 cals you are down to 1450 but the loading will probably keep your metabolism going, I would do it once a week at least though...

    Yah you could use the grazing method and take in a significant amount in fibrous vegtables, it's rough but effective...
