Shiny/oily look for contest

Ok guys, I have my first physique contest Saturday after next. I'm having my pro spray tan done the evening prior with a morning touch-up the day of. My question is, what do I need to do to get that shiny oily look to make everything pop, or is that not necessary?

In the two shows I've competed in (and won) I used Pam of all things. You don't need to rub it (and possibly mess up tan) and it can be evenly applied. Although shinyness is no replacement for veins in your glutes
