Im currently dieting for a shoot i have on saturday and have gotten lean. I am doing high sodium and water til thur night then i'm cutting it thur afternoon, no sodium friday while sipping on water. My two questions are 1) when eating carbs on fri/ sat for carb loading what carbs are good to take in? and 2) are you supposed to cut out sodium entirely on thur night/ fri?
