Ok so i'm on my last week of cutting am 8 days from my photo shoot. I really really need help to what to do on the last 7 days. Today is my refeeding day and I will be refeeding today, but don't know what to do with:
Whater Intake (how to vary it each day)
Carbs (which to take and how much on what days)
Weightlifting (when to go and not to go)
Carb loading?

I've been doing lots of searches but everyone has a diff answer and don't know with which to go for, and some seem to extreme (just eat ice chips, for ex)
