I know a lot of of bodybuilder use glycerol the two days before the contest cause reduce the water redemption,but,what is the best way to use it?can you use it whith diuretics like aldactazine?
i am thinking to use it,but i dont know what is the correct form

it is illegal in some Federations i believe so be weary.
