I just want to say that Bio is a stand up company to admit that sdx second batch was bad and then resolve the issue and add a 20% refund proves that they are here for the long haul.

I would have to agree with you there. There are many companies out there that would have simply let the product fly, and hope not to get caught. Kudos.

Edit: I also forgot to add that Nutraplanet is a great company for adding the extra 5% and making it so easy to get your refund. Nutraplanet as always given me great service so there is no suprise there nothing but the best!

Yes, the two sites are linked together so the same coupons, sales, etc. can be applied at either site.

The bad batch has the white protective label on the seal. This was the only run with a the white seals. It is to my belief that all other batches were fine.
