Once Im done with my ECA, Im going to continue cutting with the aid of a PH cycle. I lifted for around 3 years. I slipped up this summer (rarely lifted, POOR diet). Ended up losing some hard earned muscle and gained quite a bit of unwanted fat. A month or two back into the school year I began lifting again and added cardio. I've been running ECA for 2 weeks now trying to lose more fat. I will continue ECA for a month more and then begin the cycle. It will be a 45 day cycle.
Day 1-15: 6mg TRN/TST
Day 15-30: 6mg TRN/TST and 150mg Zol
Day 30-45: 150mg Zol
PCT will be Nolva at 40/20/20/10 w/ some Trib or fenu.
Goals of the cycle will be to lose as much bodyfat as possible (especially trimming the waist) while maintaining or hopefully even gaining a little strength/upper body size.
What do you guys think?
