The Jminis TST log
Okay enough speculation lets see what this stuff can do. I'm testing TST solo and will be running it at 1 cap 3x's/day. As we all know TST was designed to compliment TRN to combat sides such as libido problems and lethargy. I'm really interested to see how this stuff compares with the real deal.
My goal for this run is lean mass gains and loss of bf. I've been cutting pretty hard the last 6 weeks and managed to drop 15lbs. Anyway quick stats right now
BF% : 8%
I have to retake measurements for arms and such this week as I haven't done it since I started my cut so I know they've changed. My ulitmate goal is 4-5% bf and staying above 200lbs. I doubt that will happen with this cycle but I"m hoping for 5lbs and a drop of maybe 1%
My diet is in check, eating 7-8 meals a day right around 3000cals dpending on what day with about 350-400g protein. What I stick to when dieting down is simple, high protein, mod carb (complex here, no simple sugars and such), low fat. It works for me and I like my carbs
Currently working out 7 days/week, 5 of which 2x/day
5 days: weight training hit each muscle 1x/week in AM
Cardio 30-45min in PM
Other 2 days Cardio 45-60min.
Only supps I've been taking for a while now are
Thats it folks, no NO products no Test enhancers just good old fashioned whey, my flinstones muti and food. Can you believe it, lol
Started today already up 4lbs man I love this stuff, jk. I'll update as often as I can we'll see if something kicks in by the end of the week.

Im glad someone is deciding to run this solo.
IF you get any crazy libido increases ya should mention it.

No hijack intended......xtraflossy I am on it solo also and I have to say on the morning of day 4 everything here is status quo.

Thanx!! I know it may seem like a dumb thing to worry about,.. but after a few days of TRN my libido was crushed- and there was nothing I could do about it basicly before my GF had to ship out! (so, I have herd TST should help with this while on cycle,.. so the feedback is much apprecuieated, as I packed up my TRN,waiting for my TST, going through PCT to cycle both together at a more "convient" time : Damn, thats a lot of accronyms,..... Day 3 nothing to report. I"m guessing like most orals 7-8 days you start to really notice things happen that you can directly related to the supplement. Xtra no libido increase yet. But I was thinking about getting some a$$ all day yesterday. Oh wait that's normal for me

don't worry xtra, it happens. Some times we have to go through a lot of bad shi# to get to our goals.
Just give it to her 10 times better when you are off the TRN.

Other then that diet is on point hitting my 8 meals a day, training is right where it needs to be. All is well and I believe within the next 5 days the TST is going to really kick in.

Ok day 7 here.
So far my weight is up 1lb and I have to say my strength is def up as well. Most if not all of my lifts are up 5-10lbs depending on what exercise. Libido is doing well and I still have a general sense of wellness. The best way to describe this so far is being on a low dose of test. I wouldn't mind taking this up a bit from 1 pill 3x's/day but it's early and I'm following BS's instructions. Anyway so far so good strength being the most noticeable change. Over and out for now. Look forward to this week.
