Holiday Festival of Strength

Better Body Sports will be sponsoring & attending the Holiday Festival of Strength at Body Temple Gym. This is a 2 day Powerlifting event with many of the top guys in attendence! Scott Mendelson will be making a special guest appearance where he will be attempting a 1025lb bench press. If you are in the southern california area I would definitely come to this event for motivation, knowledge, and free samples of course!

They will definitely be having more events. If you have some extra time you should really get a workout in at this gym. They have a lot of great equipment that other gyms wouldn't dare touch!
