i also tryed it today for an arm workout, got there i was pumped to start but the gym was closing early, i only had 20 min to get everything done and let me tell u, smash just kept me goin and goin and goin like the energizer bunny hahaha

I never mind pimping a supplement that actually does what it says and then some! Honestly wasn't expecting much from it, but man that all changed within the first workout!
