Can’t judge too well on one sample, but SMASH seems to be effective. Last night I did heavy bench, speed bench and medium-day squats, with only 3.5 weeks away from a major meet. At the end I thought I would try 2x15 sets of one arm dumbbell curls and shoulder presses, in strict form, in order to really gage the ‘pump’ factor of SMASH. No weight on the dumbbells, which are of the Olympic variety and weight 5kg (11lbs). WOW, my arms were killing me! Geeeeeeeeeeeeeezus.

I really liked the taste, very similar to a product I used to use with CM and beta-al.

I should that the only creatine based product I have responded to is Omega’s Cre-Ethyl Thunders. I have been a non-responder to straight CEE, Satur8, Kre-alk, Size-On and a few others. Creatine mono works for me to a certain extent.

Do you remember exactly how many ounces you mixed it with?

WOW! What a wicked product, i used my sample tonight before a leg workout and i hadn't eaten in 2 hours but i just finished alot of school work and i NEEDED to train. So ya this stuff got me really jacked, i got a much needed mental boost and was actually pacing between sets, lol. The lactic acid buffering effects were also very prominent and the pump was excellent considerng how little carbs i'm eating and that i didn't eat my regular pre-workout meal. Longstory short i'll be buying a tub of this stuff...well that is if you don't want to GIVE me a tub muahahahah, lol

Thats awesome to hear man! Too bad I don't have any tubs laying around otherwise I'd send you one . You enjoy that tub though!

I enjoyed the hell out of it...good pump, no bloating, and had a good energy spike on an empty stomach. The only thing that could have been better is the taste. It was awful, but still worth taking. I mixed it with water according to directions. But its definitely not the worst tasting supplement I have taken. I have an upmost respect for axis labs and I am looking forward to using more of your products in the future.Thanks

Thanks for the feedback! I'm sorry to hear that you didn't like the flavoring though. Some people prefer the watered down taste to the 16oz. Personally I like 16oz of water myself. But we have a new Blue Raspberry flavor of Smash hitting stores very soon so maybe you'll like the taste of that better!

I've used ALRI Primed and SNS Focus XT and this stuff is by far the best tasting, i like that it doesn't have the sugar in i like the Primed. I found the pumps to be equal to Primed but Smash got me more jacked, as for focus i've yet to find something that beats Focus XT, but it does taste like ass and won't give you those wicked pumps. The biggest thing that absolutely shocked me was the taste, like honestly guys i could sit their and drink this stuff just for taste alone, lol I dunno how you did it but i'm impressed.

Ok, took my sample before chest workout. Taste for me was about 9-10 and I could taste any of the ingredients and it tasted like kool-aid! Mixability was a 10, pump and energy was an 8. It would take me about 3 scoops of NO-Explode to get the same effect. Of course, if I had a tub to run a log on then I be able to write a better review (hint..hint).
