Hemodraulix and ECA??

Sounds like a good solid combo? The goal is bodyfat loss and strength gains. I have been reading logs and it seems hemodraulix works get for both of these goals so I figured I'll just add an ECA stak to help assist with the fat loss. What you guys think? Also diet is going to be AD..
