Super Carb vs. Kwick Carb?

What is the difference between Super carb and Kwick Carb?

Which would be better in terms of someone who just needs a good source of some carbs on a low carb diet (im very carb reactive)?

Mr.50

I believe that SuperCarb has a slow digestion due to its low GI. Making it good for sustained energy and as a carb to use in meals. Kwick Carb provides quick replinishment of muscle glycogen.

Many differences:
1. SC is a simple-carb, WMS is complex
2. SC is low-GI, WMS is high-GI
3. SC digest slowly, WMS digests quickly

So guys correct me if I am wrong but it sounds line Super Carb is the better choice for someone like me who is a strong responder to carbs leading to significant weight gain but unfortunately with spill over into fat accumulation. I tend to do a version of the Anabolic Diet (real low carb during the week and two day carb up on the weekend) but I was thinking of adding in some carbs during the week for replenishment because with all the boxing I do I tend to get really flat/deflated throughout the week. So does adding in Super Carb sound like a good plan?

Yes, I use 25g during my training sessions to keep my blood-glucose stable and to keep my glycogen high.
