| Board Supporter | Super Carb vs. Kwick Carb? What is the difference between Super carb and Kwick Carb? Which would be better in terms of someone who just needs a good source of some carbs on a low carb diet (im very carb reactive)? Mr.50 |

| Avant Research Rep Board Sponsor | Many differences: 1. SC is a simple-carb, WMS is complex 2. SC is low-GI, WMS is high-GI 3. SC digest slowly, WMS digests quickly Avant Research Representative http://avantresearch.com/ AR products at NP rodja@avantresearch.com B.S. So guys correct me if I am wrong but it sounds line Super Carb is the better choice for someone like me who is a strong responder to carbs leading to significant weight gain but unfortunately with spill over into fat accumulation. I tend to do a version of the Anabolic Diet (real low carb during the week and two day carb up on the weekend) but I was thinking of adding in some carbs during the week for replenishment because with all the boxing I do I tend to get really flat/deflated throughout the week. So does adding in Super Carb sound like a good plan? Mr.50 | |
