my girlfriend is interested in fat burners and i told her to check out Napalm. She has an account on here but doesn't ever use it. I know spot reduction is not proven, from what i have read this is a great product. Would yall recommend it rather than a pill like hyperdrive 3.0? She has her diet in perfect check and excercises regularly. we are talking 4 miles a day at minimum.

I had a friend who use napalm and she said it work fine for her. But from what i read you still have to have a good low BF% to see good results from it.

Yes, she could use Napalm. I've heard from many women that have had success with it thus far. Just make sure to start at 1 pump twice per day and assess her tolerance from there, then you can start to ramp up to 3 pumps twice per day. She might not need to go that high though.
