Napalm question...new to the topical stuff

Hi all, I'm a newbie to the Topical stuff, I have read through quite a few posts here and just wanted to ask a few questions. I ordered a bottle of Napalm and want to see good results. First, my stats:

30 years old, 6' tall, 200 pounds, around 20% bodyfat.

First question...at 20% bodyfat, I can see an outline of my upper abs and a glimmer of my lower abs. I was a kid with a gut my entire life, I have NEVER seen my abs, and I am determined to get to single digit BF% by July 25, 2008. I got down to 12% BF last summer, and I honestly looked about the same, much of my fat is held in other parts of my body. How long does Napalm take to work, is it something that has to be used for two straight months, or if I go mega strict on the diet and cardio will I see results quick?

Also, Napalm and Cap....is it really worth the pain, is it that much more effective? If so, what is the best way to go about using it, mixing it together, seperately applying it?? Clen seems to not be for me.

Thanks for any help, all, I am really hoping to get ripped up for this trip in July. I have the willpower, but like I said, my gut has gone up and down over my life but never away. I lift four days a week heavy and have a good build, I just want to strip this fat off my abs.

Expecting to get ripped in one month is severely unrealistic unless you stop eating and start insufflating meth.

Yeah, it would have been better if you could have started this cut farther out. It'll be tough to get the point you want to be at in the short period of time specified. How long it takes Napalm "to work" depends on many different factors so it's difficult to say how much progress you'll make with it.

However, you can definitely make some improvements in that time. Stick to a very low carb diet and HIIT style cardio for best results.

As far as whether or not the pain with capsaicin added is worth it, nobody can answer that for you, unfortunately. It will likely be very painful and only you can determine whether or not the pain is worth the results you get.

x2.

People need to remember fat loss is a marathon - not a freaking sprint.

Not to flame the OP, but I get so many emails with this same tag line. "Hi - I want to lose XX lbs of fat in a month."

Don't procrastinate! (Directed at anyone looking to cut sometime in the near future.)

I started my summer fat loss at the end of February.

Thanks for the responses, guys.... I actually started cutting my calories down in April, I was at about 26% BF, 215 lbs. I have lost about 6% BF since then and 15 pounds, through pretty clean eating, heavy lifting to retain muscle and cardio in the morning.

The date I am shooting for is July 25, that is about two months out, and I am down to about 19% right now...I cut down from 20% BF to 13% BF in about five weeks last summer doing morning cardio everyday combined with HIIT and a good diet, so I thought it was a realistic goal to get down to 10% in 8 weeks...that is one of the reasons I ordered Napalm, trying to get some extra fatloss.

The pain factor with the cap isn't a big deal to me, I was just wondering how much better the results were VS no cap.

Thanks for helping me out, really appreciate it.

I couldn't take the cap. I don't have a comparison of Napalm with it vs. without.

I did do a review on Napalm/clen - just click the hot chicks link in my signature.

Until you've tried it, you really have no idea how painful it is, especially while you sweat it out. Also, what assessment are you using for fat loss?

That being said, fat loss is not a linear line. Going from 20-10% is 10x easier than going from 10-8%. Once you get to sub-10%, it is very difficult for most to maintain that without a very disciplined diet and training program.

Cap may or may not be painful to you. I've used quite a bit of tinglers in tanning lotions and cap does not hurt me at all. So it just depends on you, Napalm is a great product so you should enjoy the results.

Yes losing fat can be done quickly but it costs muscle, mind you I don't think it can be done as quickly as you are aiming for. 12% may be attainable but it will cost you some muscle like I said, and it's one tough road. You would have to go on a precontest diet of some sort. High protein low carbs and fairly low fat. Eat hyper clean, no bread or anything of that nature. Eat a ton of fibrous carbs. Eat some Oatmeal in the morning and maybe a yam at lunch, that is all the starch you could eat really. Don't start at too much of a calorie restriction at first leave room for adjustments. Your going to have to do a ton of cardio to get this done so fast.

Save the napalm till the last part of your diet.

Man, you all are great, a lot of really helpful stuff.

I am going to go with using my Napalm in about three weeks, with my diet and cardio routine (I am amping it up over the next month), I should be at around 16% by then, if the Napalm works as well as I have read than I will buy another bottle to get me through to my goal date. I have no illusions about getting down to lik 6% by that date, I just want to be flat stomached and have a decent midsection. To the poster that asked about how I measure BF%, i have a scale that does it, and I have compared it to calipers, and it is always within a % of the caliper testing, I use it at the same time everyday, etc.

For the diet, I have been tweaking it and I am eating mostly green vegetables, lean protein and I take Ultra 40's from Beverly Intl three times a day, they really seem to help me hold muscle while burning fat. I eat minimal carbs, mostly in the form of wraps on chicken and the occasional sweet potato.

I have always read that getting into ultra lean, %5-6 BF is crazy difficult, what is the secret? Ultra strict diet, carb ups, etc? I may keep going after my trip and try to get down to single digits.

Thanks again, all of you.

PS. I haven't seen anything about my napalm order since Thursday, is Nutraplanmet good about getting your stuff out in a timely fashion? I did the 2 day Fed ex.

Make I science of it use www.fitday.com to track what your eating. I would drop the wraps just eat the chicken. You should be eating even more protein that you would on a bulk. When I cut for contest I start at around 2700 calories and end up around 2400-2700 this is over about 16 to 20 weeks though. I am usually able to maintain the fat loss rate throughout the diet by making adjustments in diet and add cardio.
