Correct.

That's not to say something better won't come out in the future, though.

Easier maybe but not easy. This is the one thing that has always escaped me. A lot of it is because I was a competitive bodybuilder and the philosphy at that time was to bulk and cut and it is hard to bulk clean (for me anyway). So getting there was always easier for me as the rules where very cut and dried. Yes it was harder work to get there but there was no grey area's.

Now I am attempting to adapt a lifestyle of constant improvement. I call it perpetual recomp. I don't have to worry too much about muscle size but I am in a constant war against fat. Sometimes I slip a little but I always get back on track. Long term goals allow me to have a much more enjoyable lifestyle. I don't compete anymore so there is no longer a need for deadlines.

Got my Napalm yesterday, I am preparing to start next week. I am down to 18% BF, I am going to run this bottle of Napalm with Cap (if the pain is bearable)....is it best to just use a quarter-sized amount of Cap rubbed in first, and then apply the Napalm, or should the two be mixed?

Also, I read elsewhere that a good program is morning cardio, shower, than apply the Napalm. Is there any benefit at all to applying it and working out a few hours later?

Thanks, i'm looking forward to this product!

Waiting 3 hours will be enough time for the carrier to penetrate the dermis and allow for absorption. As for the cap, use the Napalm first, then apply some cap to the area.
