Ok just bought me some Lipoderm-Ultra waiting for item .....anyways about the pumps hows the best way to apply ....1 pump at a time per area ? Also when you say max up to 8 pumps is it 8 pumps for 1 particular spot ? How long after usage can I wash . I will use it for my 30min morning cardio . Usually I'll eat my 1st meal afterwards n take a shower can I still do that . Or do I have to wait longer to absorb ? What are your thoughts on applying before bed ....is it better to do it during workout instead ? I see alot of people use it before bedtime

Ok sorry I didnt search but found all my answers best when applied after shower and 12 hrs for next application Also use 1 area at a time to concentrate on that area first before going into other areas .

But that leaves me with one more question I tan about 4-5 times a week . Can I apply lipo before putting on my bronzer or afterwards ?

Apply the Lipo U at least 30 minutes before the bronzer and only onto clean,washed skin.
