Finally, I'm down to about 19% bf... Thanks to Recreate but I still have extra breast meat and belly fat..LOL...

I have heard that its great for less than 12% bf... will it work for me at 19% or so...

It will work, yeah, but the results may be less noticeable to the naked eye.

Be sure to take before and after measurements so you know it's working.
