Help Synthesize issues

Dont know for a fact but I think synthesize is giving me bathroom issues. I started several new products but i narrowed down to synthesize. I am taking recreate, dcp, fish oil, multi, ap and neovar along with synthesize. The br issues dont start until 15 minutes immediately after a meal that I take synthesize in. So i decided to stop taking it too se what happens and guess what, no br issues. What in it could be making me have these issues. I wanna take it but by the end of the day my ahole hurts so bad I can barely walk.

neovar and synthesize together, seems like a lot of creatine, I would run one or the other, if it was me. seems like overkill. hope that helps a little.

Possibly the Magnesium. Try lowering the dose a bit and seeing if that helps. One person who was experiencing this with the Beta version(which is 2 scoops per serving) lowered their dose down to 1 scoop per serving and that seemed to help.

If you decide on the latter I'd take it with your post w/o meal (not shake) in order to maximize the anabolic effect of a meal.
