I have a cut planned for later this spring/summer with L-Y incorporated in it. My question is how long after application you could say the area is safe for contact with others? Lets say after morning application you later that day take a bath with your baby(not as in babe=). Can this result in poisoning of your child? Would like putting him in cardiac arrest because daddy want to lose some fat%.

What area of your body are we talking about? Abs?

Or are you talking about your hands?

Abs and chest is the plan! My hands is pretty lean
Im thinking more person to person absorbtion.

IME the hydrophilic formulas (Lipoderm-Y, Ultra, and Napalm) absorb so quickly that the area is safe within 1 1/2 hours.

Now, the old PH Gel, or Absolved, last MUCH longer on the skin..and would be cause for concern.

Yeah, I'd say 1.5 to a few hours would be ok.

Also, consider apply it to yourself with latex gloves so you don't have to wash your hands afterwards.

I bought myself an entire latex suit to wear after applying.

Certainly wear gloves for the application process to alleviative the majority of the risks, however benign they may be.

I would be slightly more aggressive with my temporal estimation than those before me, but caution is necessarily a priority.

The good thing about the Lipoderms, is their hydrophilicity. A good hand washing should completely take everything off of your hands.

This is what worries about me about all these transdermal products. I wanna try them, but I have a child on the way. I constantly worry about skin to skin contact.

The precautions are well elementary, but I can understand you concern. Things of that nature and you can rarely be too cautious.

Hey, at least contact might help the little guy eliminate that pesky baby fat!
