Reverse 1 arm pushdown 15 x 10, 10, 10 - same
Side laterals 15 x 20, 18, 14 - up in reps
Bent laterals 10 x 17, 14, 14 - up in reps
Dumbell shrugs 65 x 14, 12, 12 - down in reps
Reverse curl 60 x 10, 10, 7 - up in reps
Hammer curls 40 x 5, 4, 4 - down in reps

Another very good workout. I'm still getting the good contractions from SS. Loving this product still...
