Hey guys, used to post regularly over at mindandmuscle and once was a mod. Had a quick q for yall...

I have the old tubes for prods like absolved and lipoderm and the carrier for them (gel 3 I think). Is 7-OH an acceptable sub to 7-Keto? I know OH is superior orally, but not sure transdermally...also, what would your rec be on max dosage in one bottle, per serving, etc....

I think Par didn't like 7-OH transdermally as well as he liked 7-Keto, but I can't quite remember why. Something to do with activation of liver enzymes, I think.

I'm pretty sure he talked about it in posts around here somewhere. I'll see if I can find it.

Crap, I remembered something to that degree...my hope was that it still would be as effective trans, just not more effective as one may think since it is orally

Pretty sure this is dead on...the 7-OH is more effective orally, while the 7-OXO is more effective locally/percutaneously.
