I was doing like 10 pumps of lipo ultra no sweat.

How many pumps of napalm?

No more than 3 at a time, officially.

Start with 1, though, just to see how you react.

Started Napalm yesterday. So far so good. I started with 3 squirts 2x a day and zero sides I think.

I'm going to run the bottle for however long it lasts, then wait a week or two and buy another one and start again. Will keep updated. If napalm helps at all, I should be losing mad fat... because check it:

I'm running Test-E, EQ, and a moderate dose of anavar, with a dialed in clean diet, 30-40 minutes of cardio a day, DCP, Drive, Fish Oils as 50% of fats in diet (which are relatively low) and apples/oatmeal/sweet potato's as primary carb sources.

Of course running napalm at a full dose on top of that. Top that!

So yeah, I expect to lose at least an inch off the waist fairly rapidly...

36.5 in the morning. I'll update this meassurement again though as it may be a little off. I'm using myotape to meassure so it's very accurate, unlike some people.

Anyways I'm 6'6', so 36.5 isn't like overweight or anything, but there is definetly uneeded belly fat there.

Quite honestly I'd like to get down to 34. I'm actually in week 11 of my cycle, and waste size has come down about 1.5-2 inches. Strength has also gone up alot, so I'm doing something right.
