So SS, what phase of dieting(building or cutting) would the additional glucosamine be most beneficial in? I don't know much about LG Mass as it's before my time, so I'm a bit confused on when it's to be used.

I'm sorry, but can you explain that a little more? fat tissue has leptin in it right? so by increasing sensitivity does that mean decreasing the amount of leptin in fat? does it decrease the size of fat cell and help fat to be better released?
