Day[1]Initial Thoughts

Well looks like I am the token fat guy.....Which gives me a little more motivation...Anywho, here are my initial thoughts...

Smell was pleasant and was not an over powering.

I applied a total of three squirts on each side (Obliques, lower back, and stomach), and Applied the forth squirt to chest.

Within contact i felt a cool sensation, which turned into a nice tingling sensation.

Within five minutes I felt totally dry with a slight film.

2nd application will be about an hour pre-wo which is later tonight.

Thanks rpen. How's the training going?
Still going good. I changed up my diet today to low carb(~25g)/high fat so we'll see how I respond to that in the next few weeks.

PS - I still want some of this Napalm!! :rant:

The 25g of carbs are oats, but I'm not counting broccoli. The protein and fats are coming from whole eggs, chicken, tilapia, salmon, nat. PB, and oils. I'm not sure on the calories because my training partner writes my diets for me, but he's got the breakdown. I just eat what I'm told. :D

Squats were fair, I just want to focus on depth and form. Lunges were done in a walking fashion, and burned like crazy. I hate leg extensions, and rarelt do them, so they burned real bad too. After I completed my quad excercises, quads had a solid pump.

I felt strong, and got stronger doing the leg curls and RDL's. However, the RH's & BE's was really messing with my stomach. It felt if pushed it any harder I would have squezzed out some butt juice :eek:

Very off day today. Stuck to the diet though...and I think other people paid the price :smite:

I've trying to determine whether or not the water retention I see is because of the Napalm or too much sodium in the diet.

However, top abs are starting to show a little more. Scale weight is down about 3lbs.

I am down a few pounds around 187 from 190.

Around .25" off of the stomach and a little < .25" off the waist.

Abs are starting to peak out a little more.

Update

Scale weight down another 2lbs (5lbs total)
About another .25" (1" total) off the stomach and around .25" (.75" total) off the waist.

Have a little less then half-a-bottle left.

Started 6 squirts this week. I've notcied more of a thermo effect now.

Tingling sensation still there, but maybe not as strong.

If you think you are in the dreaded caloric surplus, then it is best to save your Napalm and skip the applications for the day.

In doing so, you'll ensure the most bang for your buck and maximize the local fat loss. When excess calories are consumed the Napalm isn't being used to its ultimate potential.

Hmmm. Could be, but it was more food types. So, you would agree with what others are saying and using Napalm on a Bulk whether dirty or clean?

Felt tighter with a minimal water retention

Other than labor day weekend I ate good and worked out hard.

Negatives
Pain in the butt to apply and wait for it to dry. I tend not to even put lotion on in the morning, so applying a trandermal was not ideal for me, but feel it was worth it.

Stand alone I did not receive any stimulant effect, but did feel a thermo effect after 6 squirts. But struggled through workouts without stims.

Positives
It works. I trained and worked hard, but I could see the tightening effects.

It dried fast.

Didn't have to worry about eating too soon after application

The cool intense feeling gave you that mental edge

Over all I would rate this product 8/10 and I would use it again, except part of a fat burning stack.

Where did you see the most difference? I cant really tell a difference then again the first pic is all red and stuff :think:
