The 25g of carbs are oats, but I'm not counting broccoli. The protein and fats are coming from whole eggs, chicken, tilapia, salmon, nat. PB, and oils. I'm not sure on the calories because my training partner writes my diets for me, but he's got the breakdown. I just eat what I'm told.
