Got my Napalm yesterday. Will be starting today.

Will be back in a few hours to finish filling this out. My high def. cable TV is going to be installed in an hour (or so...).

Edit - I'm back. Took the cable installer longer than I ever thought possible. Ugh.


Anyway - I'm here to test Avant's new topical fat loss formula called Napalm.

Basics
I will be applying the Napalm to my abs and love handles.
I decided to use 4 squirts per day - because 3 didn't seem to cover all of my abs.

I will be applying after my morning shower. I will be scrubbing my abdominal area to facilitate absorption of the precious transdermal Tone' hath bestowed upon good sir Jmh80.

I will try to do some cardio while I'm on Napalm. I've been doing basically none.
(Though - I can already tell a new 40" LCD 1080P tv with high def. cable will keep me glued to the couch....)

I won't be changing my lifting routine.

The only diet change I'm going to make is to try to finally ween out the 5 or so cheat meals I have per week. These usually come when I get stuck doing stuff at work and miss meals. (My will power when I've not eaten for 5+ hours is God-awful.)


Notes from 8/4/07 (first day)
Napalm is golden in color.
One squirt is surprisingly small. Hence - I went with 4 squirts. That allowed me to cover all of my abs, love handles, and a bit of my lower back.

I didn't have really any warming sensation. (Though - my skin was already red from the scrubbing with the brush.)

Napalm does have a faint alcohol smell. I can already tell my co-workers will complain. (The females ALWAYS complain with any dermal product I've tried.)
I'll have to smoke them out with copious amounts of cologne. Joy.

Only other thing of note was that I got pretty drowsy about an hour after application. Not sure if that's because of lack of caffeine, taking melatonin last night, caloric intake (lack thereof), or the Napalm.
I'll keep an eye on this.

Ok - off to do some cardio for once. Before I sit through Gladiator (just watched Tombstone in high def. )

These are taken with my cell. Apologize for the quality. It's all I've got (am buying too much stuff for my home theatre set-up before football season).

You can see I have eh definition in the middle 2 abs.
And nothing really on the bottom 1.5 (the one on the bottom left is oddly shaped - like a half of an ab).

You know you're supposed to apply twice per day, right? 10-12 hours apart.

Uh - no. Didn't see that.

I'm guessing that means I need to only use 2 squirts in the AM and 2 when I get home from the gym in the PM.
(I do remember a max of 4 squirts per day.)

If so - I may use the AM as abs only and PM as love handles only.

Heh, no, the max dose was for ONE application, not total in one day. Plus, it was later amended in a subsequent post.

Anyhow, the bottome line is that you can go up to 5-6 squirts for one dose. Then, you can do another 5-6 for the next dose 10-12 hours later.

Personally, I do 3 on my abs, then one for each side/oblique. Repeat 10 hours later.

Note - am noticing bloating. That says this stuff is starting to kick in. I think I first noticed it on the 4th. Seemed more pronounced yesterday (5th).

I suspect the bloat may be water retention. Transdermal Y is prone to cause local edema. For that reason I always used caffeine in my Lipo-Y before they came out with Lipo-Y w/caffeine.

I'll post my findings in my log.

Hey guys.

Notes:
Definite increase in sweating during both cardio and lifting. I do sweat some during cardio. Very little on average during lifting (leg day is basically it).
Diet has a moderate decrease in binge-type foods (ex-this weekend).
Went to the beach in FLA this weekend. (Lots o' bad food.)

Here is a pic of my abs from this morning. I noticed this weekend that the bloat went down after 3 days off. (I stopped taking the Napalm because I wanted to get rid of the bloat for the beach.)
I'm seeing more definition in my abs. Esp. the bottom 4.
Pretty happy with Napalm at this point.

I'm seeing some irritation on my obliques though. I reduced the application to once per day. Seems to have helped some.
The irritation is nothing serious. I do have pretty sensitive skin.

As far as training - I've not really increased cardio a whole lot. About an hour a week (mainly on 2 days).
