Guys,

Keep this in mind, as well- you may (in fact, you probably will) experience water retention in the area you apply it. That means that even though you're probably losing fat, the water retention may obscure the fat loss until the trial is over. Both glycyrrhetinic acid and yohimbine HCl can cause the water retention.

Just and FYI, my bottle came in the mail and I'm going to get started with it this week...as soon as I have some time to shave...

Savage, I'm going to apply is to my lower abs, obliques and around my nipples...

...two questions...

1. Stay away from the actual nipple, correct?
2. 5 squirts for all of those areas combined or should I use 2-3 for each?

1. Probably a good idea.
2. 5-6 squirts total for one dose, but you can allocate them however you want. For example, 3 on the lower abs/obliques, one on each side of your chest.

Once I have applied this, should I go run or do I need to do some cardio after? Will that help utilize/burn the fat released?

Nah, you don't necessarily have to do that. Just as long as your exercising at some point in the day.

I'd wait at least an hour before getting the area wet (sweating, etc.).

You know what, though? Between the two, it's probably best if you apply if after you workout and take a shower because there's a chance you could lose a good portion of the product if you apply it beforehand in this scenerio.

how does this work as far as actual skin elasticity/tightening? I've lost around 50 lbs over the last 6 months, and so although i'm not exactly floppy skin, it isn't as snug as it could be in spots. Get the little sort of wrinkles in some spots if you know what I mean

i'd think the sweat alone would interfere.

Go buy a bar of javalather and exfoliate the area, I use a loofa even with the JL before applying transdermals

Hmm, well if it's actual skin and not fat, then it likely won't help much, I'm afraid. But if there's some fat in there, then it can help tighten it up.
