2. Are your applications on dry, clean and hairless skin?
2b. Fitting the above, are you allowing sufficiently time to dry (~10mins shirtless)? |
1. My weight has not gone down. I had my BF% and measurements done on June 15 and again yesterday. I'm 227lbs at 12.6%.
2. My applications are always done after I shower. Morning and night. Clean and hairless.
3. At night it's not so much of an issue with letting it dry. I can walk around shirtless and sit in from of a fan. At work, not so much. I usually put it on and stand around for 5 minutes or so
Trust me, I don't think it's the LipoDerm. I think it's me. My wife, mother-in-law, and a handful of other people that I've suggested try your product had great results.
Some people can just cut calories and do some cardio and they get ripped. The only way I've ever been able to get below 10% BF was to live off around 7 cans of tuna with 2 tbspn's of canola oil mayo a day for 8 weeks. Best shape of my life but I can't live like that.
I was just hoping to get a little of the blubber I hold around my belly button and love handle area to shrink down.
My genetics are what keep me from trying a lot of diet products. I want to try DCP but figure it'll just be a dissapointment again.
