Dosing question?

I am planning on using synthesize, supercarb and wms for my pre and post workout drink and was wondering if someone could recomend the dosage.
 
Excellent stack. Damn. That should give sick endurance, fullness, and recovery.

Well I'd say this-

About 15-30 minutes before you workout, take a serving of whey. Then, immediately take a 50/50 blend of SuperCarb and WMS along with a serving of SytheSIZE.

Immediately after you workout, do the same.
 
im still waiting on supercarb to arrive at my residency. By the way I will also be adding Anabolic pump to this stick sack.
 
im out with a torn rib cage muscle so im still waiting. I do have a question however. This cocktail does not replace my pre or post workout meal correct? I should still have those about a half n hour later correct
 
Well I think it should look something like this around workout time-

Couple of hours before you workout- solid meal

About 30 minutes before you workout- the stack

Immediately after workout- the stack again

1.5 hours later- solid meal

And be sure to stick the third dose of SyntheSIZE with some other meal.
