lipoderm when

Just ordered my lipoderm and ketones, i know this question has been asked before, but how often should u apply a day.

I shower in the morning then midafternoon, should i reapply after each shower? And a lil dab will do right. I plan on using it on my lower back and abs, so just making sure.

This is from Sir Savage in another post... put it on after your shower in the morning. Then just apply it again 12 hours later. Check the post "Just Ordered My Lipoderm" something to that effect and look at the first couple posts they should be of some aid
 
It feels the greatest after a shower... you can feel it working. Since your skin is opened up from the warmth of the shower, its quick to absorb.

The 'tingle' is definitely noticeable on fresh skin.

However, if you can't hit the shower take a hot facecloth and give the area of application a thorough scrubbing.

If the application is diffuse, "fire at will".

You can adjust the dosage to correspond with the surface area of application without ill effect.

Lastly, a lighter point -- your worried about lower back fat? Is this contest prep, or are you making reference to love-handles?
