We actually suggest the opposite. SesaThin increases Fatty acid oxidation, thus we advise taking your SesaThin with meals containing 10 or more grams of more saturated fats (Mono, and Saturated). By avoiding coingestion of the Fish/Flax oils you decrease the likelyhood that they get oxidized in favour or energy production, rather than their intended role as the pleiotropic molecules that they are.
I take my SesaThin with the first, third and final meals of the day, and I supplement with my Omega oils during the second and fourth meals.
