lipoderm y vs ultra

Ok here is the deal. I've never used either before, and I was going to pick up ultra. But bulknut is running a special, and i can get a bottle of Y, and a bottle of dicana for about the same price as ultra by itself.

Now i'm already taking sesathin and alcar orally. So will ultra benifit me more then Y + dicana?

I also plan on adding some cap hp for added kick.

Caloric deficit and cardio are key to the effectiveness of either. This will not burn fat for you. It will free it up from the local areas of application. If you are not in sufficient deficit via energy expenditure and or deficit it will just be redeposited.

The Ultra is superior if you are able to produce the optimum environment.

Understood B5150. I am not looking for a magic pill, my diet and training are in check. My problem is the dam love handles just wont budge. I'm hoping this will give them a push in the right direction.

thanks

The Sesathin should help burn the freed fat...theoretically enhancing the targetted/spot reducing aspect of Lipo.

The Lipo Y should be sufficient to test on yourself, to see if you notice the difference - but for the most part Brian is correct.

Is your BF% under 15%?

The Lipo could be very beneficial but I would recommend holding off on the cap. I've read some materials that suggests running cap may not be optimal. Also, since the information supporting the use of cap is not all that great I feel it's not worth the discomfort of Cap, especially in this weather.

Sesathin.....I really don't feel this is beneficial on a cut but rather does better in a clean bulk.

Get that morning cardio in and watch your carb GI and timing, this will make or break you. Keep the good fats at a steady level and protein high. You may even want to cycle carbs on non-lifting days.

It works very well for fat loss in many people, though.

Anyone have any good logs for a Sesamin-only log?

I havent had my bodyfat checked recently, but i would venture its under 15%. I've seen good results with sesathin while cutting in the past, so I'm going to stick with it.

I've been slowly cutting for the past two months, dropping from around 230 to around 215. But i havent lost much of the fat around my mid section.

As for diet, my carb intake drops as the week progresses. monday is 100g, friday is under 30g. On lifting(tues/thrus) days I jump it to 150g so i have a steady flow of low gi's, and I use waxy maize post workout (pure virtago). Saterdays are carb up days, with sunday being back down under 30g. Protien is steady at 200g every day, and fats move up and down in relation to carb intake.

I guess it is important to note i'm a martial artist, so my cardio is high mon, wed, frid. I do hiit in the morning, then martial arts at night.

The feedback collection section of our site is goofing up right now or I would post the link, but if you do a search you can probably find them on here and over at our board.
