I just got my pack yesterday, and I’m going to start taking the stack today. I will try to update this log as much as possible.

Recommended dosing protocol by Avant:

2 Heat caps 3 X day
1-2 Amp caps 3X day
Heat/ Amp is taking on empty stomach 30min before a meal.

I’m going with 1 AMP cap at a time, and will up the dose if needed.


My status:

Weight: 202 Lb
BF: 15%
Height: 5.6

Measurement:

34’ waist
38’ chest
17’ biceps


Workout routine:

Friday: biceps + abs (15~20 min cardio)
Sat: chest + triceps (15~20 min cardio)
Tues: shoulders + back (15~20 min cardio)
Wed: lower back (15~20 min cardio)

Diet:

Carb cycling diet 50 day low car. 2 days carb up
210g protein ed.
Protein/ carbs/ fats: 40:40:20
Mostly complex cars

Supplement im using:

Fish Oil
Multi-Vit
Tyrosine + Creatine
Milk thistle

Note : I have been cutting for a while now, and I lost 15 Lbs in 4 months. My goal is to get my BF to a single digit before beginning of the summer. My diet and work out routine are not perfect because im full time student and work part time, so eating is a bit of a problem for me. I will report back today after, and give my first impression.
What I’m really looking forward to are the cognitive enhancement effects from the stack. I hope Heat/AMP will improve my alertness and concentration during long lecture, and lab periods.

Dosing:


  • AM (8:00-9:00): 1 Amp+ 2HEAT caps on empty stomach

    After noon (12-1:00 pm) 1 Amp+ 2HEAT caps on empty stomach

    Night (5:00 pm) 1 Amp+ 2HEAT caps on empty stomach



First impression:

I have been on the stack for 2 days now. 1 Amp+ 2HEAT is not strong as 2-3 AMPs caps alone, or 12mg of ephedrine. Yet i liked it better, Its very mild on my system, no harsh stimulate effects, no increase in BP, and no jitters or shakes. However this stack has a long half like you can feel it through the whole day. The best part of stack is its concentration boost, it feels like 4mg of nicotine gum (which is my favorite drug for studying), and its effects last longer; my molecular genetics lecture seemed little interesting, with the help of AMP/HEAT . I also noticed that my throat is dry whole time, on stack, with slight increase of body warmth.

I can’t tell much about appetite suppressing effects, im really busy with work and school. I dont feel hungry at all when working on general, I will be able to evaluate this more effectively during my carb-up day on the weekend.

I missed going to gym :( today. I noticed im realy talkative while talking the stack, i noticed some effects kiked in after few days. Apetite supression is mild. And i feel kinda warm even though its really cold outside.

Anyway.......Most recent update

todays weight

196 (4 lbs down from starting date)

waist starting : 34"
waist size today: 32" (most likely to reduction of water bloat)

BF: 13% (-2%)

My cardio, and endrance capacity has increased significantly. 45min high intesity treadmill excerice is just a breath. I lost some strenth now, i have been cutting even before starting the stack.

Apetite supressing effects kicked in after day foure. You can completly forget about eating while on. Which kinda bad for me, some days i was consuming 1500 cals only!!! It completly destryed my craving to carbs.

Pros:

This is the ultimate study stack i have ever use. I have never used adderal or any amphetamin derivative, but what i get from it, match the description of result from adderal people talk about. I stacked it once with nicotine, and it was even better.

Potential side effect:

I forget to take my morning dose couple of time, and i noticed extreme withdraw symptoms. Mode and motivation are extremly up while on the stack, but when i forgot taking the dise, I was extremly sleepy, tiered, and weak. I completly lost my apetitie, and was kid of anxious. I dont think i can go complete cold turkey. I can decrease the dose at the end. I seemed to build tolerance to the stack with time.

Its going great so far. Warm body temp is great in the cold weather. Im usually feel depressed in the cloudy rainy days, but the stack seems to make stuff more enjoyable.

Did you start this diet when you started the stack or had you already been eating this way for a while?

I have been on same diet for a while before the stack. I made a typo there, its 5 days low carb, and 2 days carb up in a week.
 
HEAT/AMP + Modafinil = big mistake

yesterday i got some Modafinil powder, so i wanted to try it with HEAT/AMP before going to the gym. I so weigh 550mg of madafinil. Essentially i didnt feel anything, but 4 hour later my blood pressure was really up, so i decided i wont be able to go to the gym. i was extremely alerted, even though i felt like crap. My vision became bleary, and i felt kind of sick. My appetite was diminished. After that i went to sleep, i lay on my bed, and started remembering old memories, i went euphoria like phase after that. I cant recall if i was awake or sleep, after that i come to normal state and i realize it 5am next day. I haven’t sleep a bit. Today my blood pressure is still up, and i was feeling really anxious earlier, like I am really afraid of something i don’t know, i felt totally insecure.

So i googled modafinil side effects, and what i experienced was classic symptoms of over dose, and HEAT/AMP seamed to amplify it by 10 folds, but dam concentration I got is unparalleled by anything I tried. I have been up for more than 24hours, and i dont feel sleepy at all.

HEAT/AMP/Modafinil = one day trip to hill :run:

I find powerfull a nice addition to Heat/Amp for preworkout.

But thats all i use heat/amp for, don't know if i could hack the ups and downs running it for fat loss.

Interesting log, keep it up.

I cought neumonia, ans i have been sick since last weekened. I stopped taking HEAT/AMP temporary untill i get better. I think i may resume next week. I lost alot of weight when im sick. Sorry for the slack.

However last time i weight in before i was sick, i was 194lb (-6lb).

today is first day back to the gym after being sick. As i suspected i lost alot of weight and alot of strength. After stopping stack for a week, and starting on it back today i actuly felt some buzz!! i think the break gave my body a period of time to recover and for my receptor to upregulate.
From sickness and dieting i lost alot of strength in the gym, i may increase my cal to recover.
