Lipoderm Ultra product concern

I purchased 2 bottles of Lipoderm - U from Nutraplanet, one for myself and one for my girl in an attempt to clean up some belly fat before our trip to Santa Monica.

So we recieved our bottles but one felt heavier. She wanted that one because she thought there was more product in there. It seems that the one that was heavier and only by a little seems to "gum" up. After applying it seems to form a rubber cement like goop. I have shaken both vigorusly and again... only the bottle that was heavier is gumming up.

And yes.. this is right after getting out of the shower and not applying any lotion or fragrance.

It's carbomer. You got one "old formulation" (more carbomer, rubber-cement-like gluey stuff) bottle and one new (more liquidy, faster drying) bottle. It's nothing to be concerned with--both bottles will work exactly the same, the old-formula bottle will just dry a little slower and be a bit more inconvenient to use.

How much is it gumming up?? Is it just a little, where you can still apply it quite easily??

Definately inconvienent to use. There were 3 "goop" clumps about the size of the large one posted. And that is one square of a piece of **** paper for size relation. There were other smaller ones but after pumping 5 squarts and rubbing abdomen and obliques that's what I got. I normally use mine but I wanted to see if it was something she was doing or if it was the bottle.

It would seem that a portion of the product would get trapped in the carbomer right?

I've experienced this as well ... with the older bottles as explained. I have two new recent bottle now that apply with out clumping.

Which this happened in the past, I always mad sure my hadns where moist, not wet, but damp moist. When I did this the carbomber would not clump.
